Hang Heung Wife Cake, also known as Sweetheart Cake, is a Cantonese pastry made with a thin crust and handmade winter melon paste filling. Creating the puff pastry, which is made with two different doughs, takes years of diligent practice to master the technique. Experience the unique texture of the exterior crust and ooey-gooey winter melon filling.
