History of Hang Heung
Established in 1920 as a Chinese-style restaurant in Yuen Long, Hong Kong, Hang Heung now has a history of 100 years. Since the 1970s, Hang Heung has endeavoured to produce high-quality confectionery and to share the heritage of Hong Kong traditional pastries. Hang Heung factory now produces more than 100 types of products, amongst which Wife Cake, Egg Rolls and Mid-Autumn Festival Mooncakes are the most popular products.
