History

Established in 1920 as a Chinese-style restaurant in Yuen Long, Hong Kong, Hang Heung now has a history of 100 years. Since the 1970s, Hang Heung has endeavoured to produce high-quality confectionery and to share the heritage of Hong Kong traditional pastries. Hang Heung factory now produces more than 100 types of products, amongst which Wife Cake, Egg Rolls and Mid-Autumn Festival Mooncakes are the most popular products.

「恒香老饼家」起源于1920年,早期为传统茶楼恒香栈,至四十年代转名为恒香酒家,提供传统点心及小菜。自廿十年代转型后,“恒香”在中式饼食零售市场中家喻户晓,其中恒香老婆饼更是驰名中外。

香港百年老字号 “恒香老饼家” 一直秉承着 “味尝以恒,传承以香” 的品牌理念,除了自设厂房每天制饼以外,更自家首创白莲蓉。产品原材料新鲜上乘、风味独特、手工细作,源自香港传统手工制作。

「恒香老饼家」经历了近百个寒暑的洗礼,见证着香港百年来的转变,它仍然保持着传统却又添加了活力,成为香港人心中独有的经典味道。
